Hormones ranting
Emotions overflowing
Well, you say
I'm in puberty mum

Outbursts flying
Characters colliding
You smile and say
Well, that happens mum

And in the middle
Of yet another argument
I say to you
Why is it so damn hot in here?

You start laughing
And you say, mum
Are you having
Hot flashes again?

Damn those hormones
Ranting again
Not only with him
But also with me
